  We opened savings accounts for our kids and the whole team was wonderful! They were patient, kind, and helped educate the kids about their accounts and what saving can do over time. We are so happy with the personal service and attention we received then and ever since. We take small deposits in on a regular basis and they are helpful and patient every time we’re there. Thank you to all of you at Ann Arbor State Bank!

  This place is horrible. Their ATM ate my card for no reason and they literally could not help at all they said I had to contact my own bank to get a replacement card and couldn't get it out of the ATM!??!?! It makes no sense. Thanks for ruining my weekend. Terrible customer service.

  Level one bank will not help you should your card get compromised. They will tell you that another department handles x or y and give you a run around. There is no follow up with customers. No reason to do your banking here.
