      What started a a simple cash out refi turned into somethin more complex when the title company could not find a release of lien from a 7 year old refinance. Lexington Home Loans Trevor and Jay's efforts were exceptional in locating the previous attorney who represented the estate where the title was not released and we all worked together the get the release refiled with the court and the loan closed. I believe that most mortgage brokers would have just walked away from this extra work. I would not hesitate to recommend this company and would not consider using anyone else for my future needs of these services.
