Leo Timmons and the LHM team just pulled off a miracle. We had been given a discount by the builder from whom we were buying our home if we could close by the end of the month. We signed the contract and closed in a record 8 days. Granted everyone, including the appraiser were amazing but the LHM team were like bulldogs getting it done. Leo is easy to work with, explains things well, is accessible and goes above and beyond expectations. We did a previous refinance with Leo and would recommend the Timmons team to anyone.
