      Worst experience I’ve ever had with securing a construction loan. I will never work with them for any reason in the future.

      They charge you a $50 fee for no reason at all on your home loan. Will only give us 3,000 of our insurance money for our roof and no contractor will touch it without atleast half up front. Took us a whole year to even get the $3,000. It still can not get our roof fixed. When we would call a very rude guy would answer and tell us we are trying to play games when all we want is our money to fix our roof.

      Customer service reps don't seem knowledgeable, they all tell you something different. It's way too complicated to set up bi-weekly mortgage autopay.
