  Thanks Donald. Having been with LIberty for almost 9 months now, and having an office on the main floor at Logan Square, I can tell you that the staff love talking with our customers as well. I only have to observe for a few minutes and it is obvious. And glad you are enjoying using Zelle.   Great community bank! The customer service at the main location is super great. They are always friendly and professional and attentive to any questions you may have. They are also multi-lingual (English, Spanish, Polish) which is hard to find. Also the insurance agent is always helpful and committed to providing the best service and products available.

  Worst bank ever for mortgage loans Apparently our checks are always lost in the mail I was told they did not receive mail for two weeks which was a lie when my husband called the next day We had them since November and we had to call at least three times a month Don’t return phone messages I been hung up on by their staff And contacted the better business bureau twice We never had a problem with our old lender

Per your conversation this morning, I am pleased that you were able to come to agreement on a solution that will bypass the US Mail and ensure that your payments won’t possibly be delayed going forward. Per that conversation, as agreed, we will take all steps to ensure that there are no negative repercussions from the delay and will reimburse you for placing a stop payment on the previously issued mailed item. Further apologies for the lack of phone response. My understanding is that your calls were routed to the incorrect area, but that you now have the name and direct number to the Manager of the proper area who you spoke with this morning.
