      My car broke down in Minnesota at 3 degrees outside. Trying to get a tow only to be routed by an app that wasn't working so I called customer service. Automated again so I gave a text back number. No response. So I called every number on my card and they were all automated without any person to person help. I had to call a towing company to get help and it is 14 hours later and still can't get in touch with anyone at Liberty Mutual and no-one has text me back. Thank you LM for all your help (not) and you have the nerve to take damn near $300 a month without hesitation but your follow thru is garbage.
