      I have one word for you... just one word. Plastic. Mixed experience. They did catch a problem with the title, but I wasn't terribly impressed otherwise. It's a lot of appearance, but low performance. Class A, gleaming office space might impress some, but I care about substance, which is somewhat lacking. My initial interaction with them was the typical corporate language machine that make up words, and then just expect everyone to know what the word they made up 5 minutes ago means. This is a form of language manipulation, and is pure marketroid speak. During Covid they call signing at different times "pre-signing". There's nothing pre about it.. it's just signing at a different time than the buyer. See George Carlin on this kind of language abuse in corporate America. This sort of language abuse is designed to confuse, and make you feel dumb for not knowing what it means (in reality nobody does), and just be lead along in your own ignorance like a robot. Most people are afraid to ask questions because it shows they're ignorant. I'm not one of those people, and it's always served me well. I encourage all to do the same. Also, they hide fees using obtuse language, and make assumptions. They charge for a wire fee (likely typical), but hide this using language tricks. It's not called "wire fee", it's hidden using obscure language so you'll just think this is part of the process. They'll cut you a check of course if you ask, but it's never presented as an option to you outright, and they'll never mention it unless you ask (I did). They also managed to screw up the IRS reporting, and reported the wrong amount. I caught it, not them. It took 2 weeks, and me prompting a second time before I the 1099 corrected. So yeah, avoid if possible. Nothing terrible happened, but I'd give my money to someone else if I could.
