  Nothing to do with the branch but I've been locked out of my bank account all weekend most other banks have a 24/7 customer service but liberty never must be a staffing issue

  Joshua, thank you for your review. While we do offer a 24/7 automated system, our Freedomline hours are limited to 8:00-5:00 M-Th, 8:00-6:00 Fri, and 8:00-12:00 Sat.   Competent, efficient, friendly, and sincerely kind! Refreshing and rare in today's banking world where too often you wait in long line to do your business with someone unpleasant and not having a good day (at best) or someone with a phoney smile trying to sell you more stuff etc. Great staff at this branch especially! Hats off to this crew!
