As busy as Joe and Joy were being short staffed at the time I went into the branch it was still a very pleasant experience! They were extremely nice and friendly. Joy's customer service skills were bussin' bussin'!!! I highly recommend this bank and branch, NY daughter agrees.

Liberty savings bank is by far the best bank I have ever dealt with. Joy at the Shamrock location is always beyond helpful anytime I am there. I brag about liberty to everybody and comment on how great they are to work with and get answers from. I love the people here!
