  My experience with Mark Cooper should have 10 Stars.Supreme Mortgage Knowledge, excellent help every step of the way. Even when my credit report, had a real time mishap he knew how to maneuver. Very professional!! Helene his assistant was also very helpful, and the bank tellers the two Sandy’s are awesome. Thank you Mark, and your entire team.   Our experience with Mark Cooper was exceptional. He is very professional. He explained the entire mortgage process thoroughly as he walked us through each step and gave us sound advice. He is very knowledgeable and is a tremendous asset to Trustco Bank. I referred a friend and she felt the same way as they closed on their property. I also want to give a shoutout to Helene who processed our wire transfer. All the staff in the Venice Branch should be commended for their professional and friendly attitudes.
