      I hired this business to prepare and file my 2019 and 2020 tax returns. The preparer made a huge error and did not declare all of my income resulting in thousands of dollars in interest and penalty owed to the IRS. I have contacted this business over a dozen times seeking fulfillment of their 100% guarantee which is posted upon their website... "Our offices will give you the most accurate return and the largest possible refund you are entitled to receive. If the office makes an error in the preparation of your return that results in penalties and interest, the office will reimburse you for the associated penalty and interest initially assessed". I have not received a return call from the owner Linda Poehler and I have been informed by Liberty Tax Corporate offices she has not responded to their calls as well. In addition to the 20119 tax filing, this office made the same error in 2020 and are unwilling to guide me in how best to proceed. Stay far away from this unprofessional, unethical place of business.
