      If I could give this place zero stars, I would after my experience with the owner Mustafa. I filed my taxes for the first time with Mustafa in 2020 and because of the decent cost/experience I had at the time, I returned to file my taxes for 2021 which I now regret. I was over charged and wasn't informed about the difference in cost. When I call Mustafa to question why I was charged over $300 which is a big difference from the charge in 2020, Mustafa's response was "Well, did you ask what the cost would be?" And that "$300 is nothing" I would think as a customer, I should be informed if there has been any changes from the year prior, but nothing was mentioned to me which was very suspicious in my opinion. Mustafa didn't want to discuss my tax return over the phone because he was too tired and asked me to come the next day to go over it in person. I asked if we could discuss it over the phone instead, but he refused since he says I wouldn't believe him anyways, which made this even more suspicious to me. I will never return to Liberty Tax and won't recommend anyone to come here.
