      The last several year's everything went well at Liberty Tax. But, this year my tax refund was delayed. It has been nearly a month since I filed and there is still not even a follow up from either IRS or Liberty Tax. After this year I'm sorry to say I will most likely not use Liberty tax again. I will instead pay extra at H&R block in order to have my refund sooner and guaranteed.

      Hello - we hate to hear that happened, the IRS says nationwide 90% of tax payers get their refund within 21 days with 10% held back randomly for an extra security layer; this happens to tax payers regardless of where they file and is random across the country.       Hello, Just got my taxes done at Liberty in Mocksville. I am so happy with the person Latoya Moore. I can tell anyone, if you want your taxes done, and done correctly. Latoya is the person to see. She is very patient takes time with you, great personality, always with a smile. This is the first year working with her. I will be back where ever she will be.
