      They are way Over charging for the fee they have for just filing a return, I was going to go to them because they offer the $50 to file with them but hell even with the $50 they still charge almost $300 just to file your taxes. I'll stick with where I normally go $50 definitely worth the extra $250

      We have been doing our taxes here for years. The turn over rate is very high. After our experience we had last night and today I understand why. When we came in we were the only customers that were there. They started doing our taxes right away. After the manger left the woman doing our taxes had her mask below her nose. As we continue more people came who were not wearing mask they were not ask to put a mask on. By the time we were done there were three people in there without mask and the employee with hers under her nose. I did decide to call back and speak with the manger the next day. Who was very rude she would not allow me to finish my sentence. She insinuated that I was lying which is confusing due to the fact that she was not there. The phone call ended with the manger yelling and hanging up on me. I have a child with server asthma we do take this pandemic seriously. If this company does not it should be stated on the door. So I can make the right choice for me and my family before I enter.
