      To start for 2021 tax season people at liberty tried to scam us out of the 50.00 they give you for early filing so we called there bluff and asked to speak to the owner and they brought out the 50.00. Second i needed my 1040 for two years i tried for two weeks to contact left message after message no response. I went online made a appointment online with a confirmation . I left work at 12:00pm to make the 12:30pm appointment while setting in the parking lot i got another text confirmation for my 12:30pm appointment no one ever showed up so i continued to call and never no answer till this day. Good thing i did not have a tax emergency as I would not of had any help from Liberty. It is a shame I have been using liberty for nine years they will be loosing me as a customer and who ever i can convince to go some where else.
