      Filed with them in 2019 and 2020. No issues then. This year the filing prices skyrocketed to over 500 from 349. So, I decided to file my own federal. I filed city with them in 2019 and 2020 at the rate of 25 dollars; called to say I would pick them up and owner stated the price is 100 since I didn’t want to file 2021 with them. Called corporate and asked how can city taxes from 2019 and 2020 be raised up to 100 dollars if I was just told on the 4th it’s 25 dollars and that 2021 city would be 50 dollars. Well, Carrie Damico called corporate and said she raised it because I wasted her staffs time. This is bullying and retaliation for not wanting to file federal so they can take 500 of it. Currently seeking legal assistance. Here is the email to get an understanding Also, I didn’t want to file federal with them because the totally filed the state wrong…. Claiming they didn’t get a W2. I almost missed out on a state refund of over 600 in state…. They said I was getting 100 back! Take your business elsewhere! As you can see it’s 50 total for 2019 and 2020! Retaliation and discrimination is wrong!

      Terrible experience also, the lady working was so rude.easy Please don't waste your money on places like this. Especially since it's so so to file taxes on your own now a days "youtube has such fantastic and FREE tutorials no matter your filing situation!" You're literally saving almost 1000.
