      When I questioned the return the the tax prepare Julie had for us and said I would like to get a second opinion somewhere else. I asked for my talk tax documents back she refused to give me my W-2s and all of my personal tax documents, and threw me out of her office. ILLEGAL AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I have reported this location to corporate office.

      I took my taxes in on a Saturday to have them prepared. It is a normal preparation (1 W2 and a stock portfolio 1099). They have had it for over a week. I have called several times over the last week for an update and have been promised a call back. They do not return calls. The manager was supposed to call me back, as they escalated my return to her for review. She has yet to return my calls from Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. We are a week in, and they still will not call me back. I had my taxes prepared at this location, with the same stuff in it, last year with no issues. I would highly recommend taking your taxes somewhere else for preparation.
