      This is my first time visiting this particular location. Didn't have a lot of contact with the staff. But if I had to choose what I did like, I will say that they were good with returning calls expeditiously.

      *Edit* It says I'm reviewing Liberty in Waterford Township but my review is for the Liberty at 9 mile and Coolidge in Oak Park*** So I switched from H & R Block to Liberty this year as I was having trouble connecting with my guy at H R and Robyn at Liberty was able to get me in that day. When I first got back with Phil, I thought "I made a mistake coming here" but then I realized that he was new and still learning how to do everything and had Ms. Denita right there in the next cubicle to help walk him through and make sure that everything was done correctly. If I have any suggestions it would be to make sure your customer is sitting in a place where they feel involved in the process, not behind the tax professional doing the filing and my only real complaint is that it was more expensive to file with Liberty than with H & R but the fact that I was able to get in that day, get everything done and filed was worth the extra cost. I plan on doing my taxes with them again next year. Thank you Robyn, Phil, and Denita for getting me in, getting me the biggest return possible, and getting me on my way. I look forward to working with you guys again next year.
