  Jordan at liberty tax was very helpful and informative. I had some complicated issues arise while filing my return. Jordan went above and beyond to deal with them. She explained every step clearly and was able to get my return filed successfully for me. I would recommend Jordan and Liberty tax to anyone. Thank you so much Jordan!

  Jordan was amazing!! She's destined to be my tax specialist for life. Completely professional, knowledgeable and extremely easy to work with!! UPDATE TO THE ABOVE REVIEW... 6-6-22 I have called several times, left detailed messages, and have yet to receive a call back. I've done my last 2 years with this tax preparer, and needed both years emailed to me. The matter was time sensitive, as my bank needed them and the previous year for loan purposes for a real estate venture. It's been over 6 weeks. I've had to outsource another party to do an amendment too my original tax return, and they've called and left a detailed message as well. At this point I'm contacting the corporate office. I thought this was a person/place I'd work with for years to come, now I see otherwise. Simple communication goes a long ways. As it's no longer tax season and that office shouldn't be no where near as busy, it's hard not to feel frustrated and insulted by this. So yeah, I would recommend them for tax season itself, and you may receive the attention you deserve, but if you need a true specialist in this field, you might want to look elsewhere
