  Went and had my taxes done here. Specifically told Lissette D that I did not want to file with them unless I was approved for the advance amount I wanted. She went ahead and filed my taxes without telling me she had to file to find out how much I would be approved for until after she did it. I then told her that I specifically told her not to file them unless I knew I was guaranteed the advance amount and she had no answer for me. I asked her how much I was charged and she told me 400$. I called the next day and find out I was not approved for the advance amount I wanted and they already issued the advance amount so there was nothing I could do. I also told them that I was charged 437$ not 400$. And all she could say was that 437$ was what they charge and she didn’t know why she told me only 400$. I have went in and spoke to a supervisor. Nothing was done. No apology. Nothing. Asked to speak to area manager and have been waiting on a call for over a week. What pisses me off the most is that when they were inputting the info for the advance Lissette said it would be faster to get it by mail. So I didn’t give me bank deposit info. She DID NOT tell me by doing this that it also meant I would be receiving my refund by mail now too!!! I am beyond livid about the way my taxes were handled and will keep pressing until I’m given explanations as to why things were not disclosed to me by my tax preparer LISSETTE D.
