      Do not use this company. They charged us a service fee from their bank for an international transfer and claimed it was from our bank- it was obvious it was from their bank simply because it was charged in dollars and we called our bank to confirm. Still after that, they wouldn't take the charges off. They sent us the wrong check after closing and made a hassle out of it since my husband and I don't share the same last name. Three months after closing, today I find out the deed has still not been transferred over to us. No apologies or reassurance they will take care of things. Just excuses. Too many mistakes and unprofessionalism.
