      I send my mortgage check in before the 10 EVERY month and it take 3-5 weeks for it to actually clear from my account. When I have complained I get the response of well I’m the only one in the office. At 9.7% interest rates one can surely hire someone at minimum wage to open mail. Then I get hit with the late charges bc you can’t process your payments in a timely fashion. I strongly suggest no one use this mortgage company unless you want to deal with disorganized chaos and I am filling a report with the BBB
