      I have been a member of this bank since 2006, and have no complaints. I would give 5 stars except for one thing. The online experience. I am not an expert on banking but did have experience with another bank that I really liked. I do wish that PBI would deduct a payment as soon as it is posted online for bill pay, instead of waiting until the payment clears. This would completely eliminate a check registry in our checkbook except for checks written. That would be so helpful for us senior citizens. Sincerely Louise Wilkins
