  Linda Douglas very ably assisted me in purchasing my new home. Thanks, Linda! We first connected in December 2020. This was my first solo venture to buy a house, and Linda made pre-approval a breeze. She was always available for questions or concerns whether by phone, text, or email. Linda and my realtor were always in sync which made the process smoother and diminished the stress during a mind-boggling process. If you're looking for a reputable lender who knows the banking business, Linda Douglas is your banking professional. She is well-versed in her field -- very knowledgeable, personable, and patient which was a huge plus for me and my many "whys" and "what ifs". And, yes, she does have a great sense of humor😀 Even after Linda and her team successfully completed their part in the process, Linda went way above and beyond by correcting a 2-month-long snafu that should have been handled by others. She's probably forgotten, but I haven't. Thanks, again, for everything, Linda!
