Honestly, a trustworthy bank. The only little hiccup I sometimes have is if I spend over $250-ish they may find the charge suspicious, though that's really a good thing as it shows they're watching out. A simple fix too, just prove it's me and they'll let it go through. I don't have a specific reason why I don't just 5 star it, other than it's the only bank I've ever had and I haven't much to compare it with to insure it's a 5/5. So... Given it a good solid rating, not sure what'd make any bank 'perfect'.
