I literally just left there about 15 minutes ago I went in there would like a lot of weight on my shoulders and I was just having a really hard time and let me tell you these reviews are completely correct and true! Hands-down the best collection of jewelry I’ve ever seen at a pawnshop it’s clean the people that work there are amazing love love love Lizzy I’m assuming that’s who I met today I cannot cannot describe how great my experience was there’s-just no words amazing place!

Tried to sell my wedding set and chose this place because of the high rating. I was immediately accused of lying about when and where the set was purchased because they claimed it was older (I have receipts from original purchase) and the appraiser was extremely rude and mocking during the whole interaction. Horrible experience all around. Moral of the story: don't wear sweatpants and a hoodie to this store unless you want to be treated like a thief.
