  My borrowers signing experience with Loan-Closers; First they were told by the notary that there was no way she could do 6:30 pm or later appointment that was requested because she had another appointment, second she didn’t show up until 6:30 and my client had taken off work early to accommodate the notary’s booking problem, third she tells borrower that she needs a passport in addition to the drivers licenses that were provided, forth she tells them that lenders only fund loans in the evenings, fifth she tells borrower that she was dropping documents off to fedex and that they would be delivered to escrow on Saturday. Borrower offered to take documents to UPS and pay for Saturday delivery but was assured they would do it. Then the notary had enough nerve to keep answering her cell phone because she had a child trying to do homework that needed her help. It turns out the important booking problem was that her kid needed help with homework. This is so unprofessional on so many levels. We should have docs back on Saturday instead they were received 3 days later and we missed funding today. Moving forward I make sure this company is never used for one of my signings.
