  Badly managed company, first 2 days sat there doing nothing since manager was too busy to train. At least I got a troy library card from this so that's why they get 3 stars

  I was contacted by a recruiter for LoanCraft regarding a position as an Underwriting Quality Control Manager - I have an up to date resume posted on indeed.com so that was not unexpected. I replied the same day I received the email; answering a question the recruiter posed and indicated I was interested in the potential opportunity. After a week of no contact I wrote back to the recruiter asking if I would be receiving a response. I got no less than 3 e-mails and a phone call from the recruiter that day telling me I am not, in their eyes, qualified after all. Which is fine. No, is an acceptable answer. However, this interaction, in my estimation, was unprofessional and disorganized. I have no idea how the company performs or what their customer experience is, but based on the recruiting practices - buyer beware.

  The management and employees of this company are 5 star! They were kind and coaching every step of the way. It's truly a fun environment with great benefits and I'd still be there today if it weren't for one thing: I was hired in with a group of 4 and due to company expansion, we were put in a room full time with the president of the company. It was by far the most uncomfortable environment in a work place that I've experienced to date. The room was tense/uncomfortable daily and condescending, rude comments we're made towards Me specifically on multiple occasions. I'll just say that It was that overall experience that drove me back to my prior career. Very unfortunate because everything besides that was excellent and I wish that part of it would have been different...
