  Michael patiently and resourcefully shepherded me through my first home purchase; tolerating my repeat questions, helping me make sense of the process, clarifying my options and informing my decision-making. Inside of one month I went from adult-lifelong renter to first-time homeowner. He was extremely accessible with up-to-the-second answers whenever I needed them, made quick referrals and went outside of his domain to make the process as speedy and underwhelming as possible.

  I am grateful to the Loan Professors, and specifically to Michael Landix for all of his help with the process of getting my new home loan. I initially had started the loan process through DCU, but the DCU person assigned to me was not answering phone calls, and the process was moving extremely slowly and she was asking for things I had already submitted multiple times. After much frustration, I was put into contact with Michael Landix and switched to get my Home loan through Provident Funding. Everything went so smoothly from there. Michael talked me through every step of the process keeping me updated, and also letting me know ahead of time what would come next. He allayed any fears I had, and was very patient with me to answer my possibly multiple repetitive questions that I had, and he was always available for my questions no matter what time it was. It felt like a blink of an eye and then we Closed. I am so grateful for all his help and I definitely recommend Michael and the Loan Professors to anyone who is looking for a new loan. I will definitely use them again if I ever need another Loan in the future. Thank you!
