  We were extremely pleased with the level of service provided by Andre from Loan Trust. We were considered first time home buyers (over 15 years since we owned a home) and had some credit challenges. Every other mortgage broker that we called would collect some information, check our credit and either not call back or tell us that they were unable to help us. Andre was amazing. He understood our challenges and never judged us for past credit mistakes, but rather put us on a manageable path to credit recovery and put us in a position to purchase a home 12 months later. We had already put a deposit down on a new construction home and told him that we needed to able to secure a mortgage in 12-14 months when the build was finished. Andre coached us through the steps to get there and when we were down to the wire he came through with a loan program that fit our needs. He found a program that worked for us and the interest rate was actually 2% lower than we anticipated. Closing costs were manageable and as expected. Andre is willing to go above and beyond for his clients and he puts in the work to get the toughest deals done. We appreciate everything he did to help us repair our credit, educate us to protect our credit moving forward, and helped us to secure the loan needed to provide our family with beautiful brand new home. I would recommend Andre without hesitation especially to those with unique circumstances or credit challenges. If you are willing to listen and commit to the plan he lays out for you, Andre will lead you on a successful path to home ownership.

  After searching for a true no doc loan with no employment and no income needed, I was provide a loan option that was able to close within 14 days. I would recommend this loan to any investor or self employed person who needs a mortgage loans but doesn't want the hassle of documentation.
