Worst ever. Took for months to clear on free and clear properties causing me to close at a more dramatic interest rate than planned months prior. They blame everything on title. No one would even call me back about it. Wasted money on appraisals. They even sent out for the appraisal and said they appraised to high. Like what does that mean. lol they are a joke. Crazy thing is they closed the day after I mentioned being profiling and discrimination is illegal. I promise they called to close the next day after 6 months and my paperwork was all messed up with typos and they were not reachable at closing with the notary they sent out. I advise if u have color. Take your business else where. They didn’t even go down on fees they had control over for customer service. Which I would of did for a customer in my business. All they could say was sorry . I also requested a time line of my file and no one called back even the higher authorities. Still looking into seeing what I can do because if I went on with everything I truely have a case here
