      My experience with a home loan process with Home Depot has been great all thanks to Matt Bass. He made this process go as smooth has the circumstances could possibly allow. He answered all of my questions and even took the time to read through some of the digital paper work with me over the phone and explained it in simple terms. I would definitely recommend working with Matt at loan depot.

      I had looked at some options for mortgages online, wasn’t looking to apply, just wanted to see what different rates existed. Called me at work, 5 times, before I was able to pick up. When I finally did, I told them I wasn’t interested at the moment, they didn’t say a word and hung up on me. Incredibly rude, if I could give less stars, I would.

      Don't do it! -What a waste of time-I spent over 3 months in their loan approval process only because I am a small business owner. Asking for more and more documents and after providing everything they asked for they just fall off the edge of the earth and provide no communication or follow-through. Better to go to your local bank where they know you. I cancelled the process after my bank offered to do the refinance.
