  He had my agent's recommendation, good rates, and good reviews. Before the back and forth below, we were like, we can get competing rates from others, but we'll go with Load Depot for sure. :) His was not competitive in rates and definitely not in service. Seem allergic to hustle. Made-up excuse examples after seeing the quotes of a competitor with 30 (4.75%) and 15 yr (4.625%) terms. John: "If you want to look at 15 yr mortgages they are at 4.625%, I don’t see a 20 yr loan listed below at that rate . " (well, your 20 year is almost always an 8th below 30 year, so what are we really talking about?) Arash: "So you can do 30 year at 4.75?" John: "No, with this being a 2 fam, the 30 yr is not at 4.750 without paying points which a lot of lenders have" (REALLY? ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I've already shown you the quote for 2-family with credits LOL) Arash: "LoL" John: "If I was locking your rate today, you would be at 4.625 with those credits, but the issue is that you locked your loan last week and we need rates to reduce by .250% in order to float things down." (If this is the case, then why did you even bother with the above statements? Why waste my time and yours? You could have outright said, we are not matching or beating any rates)
