      Extremely deceptive and I was under the impression I was dealing with used car salesmen. They constantly contradict themselves and bait and switch between departments. My complaints to the production manager fell on deaf ears and I was brushed off as another persistent customer wanting transparent information. DO NOT USE THEM for any Refinancing.
