      Horrible customer service. Ryan Kinley, Financial Relationship Consultant, has given my sister and I the run around for over a month after requesting an IRA distribution for our deceased father's account. We have followed up multiple times only to be told that the checks are lost or sitting in a FedEx facility with an unknown delivery date. Our family has both personal and business accounts with this branch that we will now consider closing and moving to a better financial institution. I would not recommend them for your banking of financial needs. Hector - I recommend that you conduct an internal investigation of this matter with Ryan Kinley and the Branch Manager since they have not delivered on their promise to disburse the funds to us. I have nothing more to say.
