      My wife and I had an awesome experience. We were introduced to Smart Loan Digital Application. It was virtually paperless. We were cleared to close within 3 weeks. I would definitely recommend that any person looking for financing to give them a call.

      For some reason loan depot calls me every half hr, even though I requested not to. Even with my repeated request within the active call they still try to sell a loan that I made clear I dont want. NUISANCE COMPANY

      ABSOLUTELY THE WORST MORTGAGE/LOAN COMPANY!!! Dean Sowers delayed the closing 4 times because the "buyer didn't have the proper paperwork completed etc" Instead of closing 1-27-20 we closed 3-27-20. We entered contract in Nov.It was 4 mos of torture. Dean Sowers didn't know that the woman changed jobs recently and didn't have 6 months at her current job yet? WHO DOESN'T KNOW THAT??? How do you who supposedly have 20 years experience doing loans NOT know that this was going to be a problem???? Meanwhile we were paying a mortgage on 2 houses and utilities in the middle of a pandemic. He has no idea nor cares what he put both parties through. Then the day of the closing he stops in the middle of the street next to the realtor who was parked along the curb and is waving people around him so he could talk to her. If he knew he was going to be there for an hour or so for the closing why wouldn't you not make a scene and just park behind the realtor like the other 3 cars did? Then instead of following social distancing he walks over and stands right next to the buyer so that he can take a picture with her after the sale. No regard for safety. Once I saw the complete arrogance from him it made total sense why the closing was screwed up for so long. DO NOT USE DEAN SOWERS FROM LOAN DEPOT PGH. YOU WILL REGRET IT. I'M NOT EVEN THE BUYER AND I WOULD NEVER DEAL WITH HIM AGAIN!
