I want to first say what a AMAZING Company this is WOW! This company go far beyond any other company, and not just as lender as company period! Secondly, my team that I had was the nicest, like a part of the family. My Team was Dean Sowers, Tim Bauman, and Billie Medakovic. Please if ever you need a lender this is the place! The most stressful thing I have ever been through. If I could give zero stars, I would. Their communications with us were poor and they didn’t communicate with each other well either. The day of the closing, we received an 11th hour call stating we had insufficient funds to close. They had our figures wrong, which they had been told several times. We closed on time, by the grace of God. I will never use Loan Depot again.
