      Dan and his team are remarkable!! My bank pre-approved us and 2 days after we signed a contract for a home told us they couldn't use my husband's income as a truck driver. I couldn't believe it. Dan came to the rescue. They are knowledgeable and extremely helpful and fast working. We would be stranded without them. We closed quickly and with so much ease. If you want a smooth and quick transaction this is the team for you. I wouldn't recommend anyone else!!

      If possible I would give 10 stars. Dan assisted us with our very first home purchase back in 2005 and we have used him for every loan or refi from that point on. He is the best in the business and his professionalism and expertise are unbeatable. He makes the process feel smooth and stress free which is tough for me.
