They closed my loan timely, The loan officer was experienced- and explained my loan requirements and the loan approval process was smooth, processing was great, I had my refinance in 30 days and paid off all my debts.

Went thru the entire refinance process including appraisal to never hearing from them again. I never received a copy of the appraisal nor any other paperwork. Be very careful with these guys.

I wouldn’t recommend this company they are unprofessional and there customer service sucks! I had three different loan officers within a three week period and then after a month and a half I received a email from a loan processor stating that my loan wasn’t approved. Because it wasn’t my primary residence. And I explaine to the first loan officer that I had removed all my furniture because I was renovating it and I also explain that to the va appraiser . If that was the case they should of communicated that to me , no communication what so ever...poor customer service ...do not use this company...use quicken loans instead!
