      Good communication working with Rhonda and Destri. They made it easy for us and were very patient with my questions. A couple things to improve on: Interest rates were higher than other lenders, if our estate agents had not recommended Rhonda so strongly we would have gone elsewhere. Luckily she was able to match. There were some mistakes made by the 'system' where certain amounts changed from one disclosure update to the next. If I, or Destri, had not noticed this would have cost us a lot of money. Caliber 'system' needs to be improved.

      As first time home buyers, Jennifer made the process go very smoothly. She explained everything to us that we didn’t understand and was also so supportive throughout our long journey of finding our home. Even if she were not at her computer (we always had questions on weekends), she would let us know, but would have a response to our questions within a couple hours. Would recommend every single day.
