  I have had the opportunity to work with Dave on many occasions. As an insurance professional, I can see his work from a different point of view, and it is apparent he always has the best interest of his clients in mind! He proactively reaches out to find his clients the best insurance at the best rate. Whether it is a new purchase, or a refi, he wants to make sure his clients are taken care of. I appreciate being able to work with someone who is as hardworking and hands on as Dave!

  Dave soza is by far the best mortgage banker I have ever known. I’ve been in the industry for 27 years and he is hands down the best tool/lender/educator I’ve ever met. His passion is educating buyers. And he’s one heck of an educator. His approach is simple. Educate. Empower. And he always promotes shopping around. When I asked him why he said people shouldn’t ever be told what to do. They should always do their research and follow their instincts and if you’re truly the best it will lead them back to you. He’s been my biggest asset in my real estate business.
