  I don’t even know what to say about Ryan and his team except that he was an absolute godsend for us. My husband and I are both self-employed, so we were having a really hard time doing a refinance of our home with ENT due to the new lending requirements for self-employed folks brought about by COVID. (Think a TON of paperwork and documentation plus seemingly endless red tape.) ENT Credit Union had jerked us around forever, and we were really jaded and in a tough spot when we called Ryan. I was skeptical that he could get it done—I’d never worked with a broker before—but he was dogged in his determination to get this done for us. (Seriously, I don’t know when this guy sleeps. He was working on our behalf with the lender morning, noon, and night.) It helps that he is a true professional with a ton of experience in the lending field. He really knows the industry inside and out, and when we ran into snags along the way, he would dig in with underwriting to make sure our loan went through without a hitch. He ended up securing us more money at a better rate than ENT could have. We got our refi done, and we made a friend in the process.

  My wife and I found Ryan after ENT credit union moved the goal line for or refinance after 3 months. Following our initial conversation on the phone, we met in person to discuss the wholesale mortgage process and the services Ryan had to offer. From the beginning it was obvious Ryan knew his business well. He was able to explain the ins and outs of wholesale mortgages, purchasing points and what to expect throughout the process. Over the next three weeks things went exactly as Ryan said they would. Each step was completed in a timely manor and Ryan was always readily available by phone or email to answer any questions and guide us along. In the end, we received 20% more cash back and .5% lower interest rate with Ryan than we were being offer by ENT. We are very satisfied with our experience and have gained a friend along the way.   We refinanced our mortgage in the fall with Ryan's help. He was very helpful in the process and got back to us very quickly with answers to our questions. I shopped around and couldn't beat what he offered.
