We took out a loan from Lobel in 2019, and heavily regretted our decision after looking at the reviews online. Most people wrote that their car got repo-ed with no explanation, their payments weren’t going through, etc. and were just overall having a negative experience with this bank. First few months we were so scared that the same was going to happen to us. So we made sure we always made our payments early or on time and in person at the drop off box in Grand Prairie and called the next day to make sure they had received our payment. We always had a positive encounter with costumer service, they were really helpful and would send me a picture of the transaction through text! This definitely helped put my mind at ease. We never had a single issue within our time with them and would definitely recommend this place to others!

I traded in a car and the loan was paid off. Two months later I have yet to receive a $400 check for overpayment. To top that, everytime I call their corp office they give me different information on when the check was mailed. No tracking number and no proof of mailing. I'm just supposed to take their word for it.

i don't know why people have so much issues with them, i had a vehicle loan for 4 years with them. Never had any payment issues. only issue i ever had was my insurance and that was cleared easily with 1 phone call to the customer service number, never a issue. paid off my loan a little early and again no issues. everyone has their own dealings with Lobel and i honestly had a great experience and would use again no problem
