  I've been a customer of LOC Federal Credit Union for over 25 years and when it was time to buy out my vehicle lease I knew where to go. The process for a loan application was simple and we had an approval within 24 hours. I don't buy many cars and the car company didn't make the process of buying out our lease easy. Fortunately our loan officer, Chelsea, kept in touch with me throughout the process (even when a vacation interrupted). After completing the process, the loan was finalised within 24 hours and we now own our car! It was a great customer service experience and it matches all the previous great service we have received from LOC over the years. We plan on being LOC customers far into the future.

  My father passed away and he owed money on a loan. Without notice they took the remaining money out of my account. I was in no way associated with his loan we both had accounts at LOC. They freeze my card if I buy a TV or something similar and say they thought it was a fraudulent charge. I received no notice my cards been frozen but they say they’re fraud hotline calls me immediately, that is untrue I do not receive these calls. It’s embarrassing when you try to pay for something in your cards being declined, this is happened at least half a dozen times. In order for me to Reactivate my card I have to wait for LOC to open Monday morning. All of my family banks there and they’ve got our accounts mixed up which has created issues. Most of the staff are nice however there are several that are very rude. They do $30 overdraft fee’s to take .05 out of your savings account. One associate told me how I spend my money which grotesquely inappropriate. In process of finding new bank.

  I have never received more personal, friendly service from any business, than I have received from this credit union over the last 30 years. You just walk in and tell them what you need, no paperwork to fill out, and they take care of you. I would never work with a traditional bank again.
