  When Logan Ware introduced himself to me, he said, "I am here to help you." With a timely response to every request, Logan delivered on his stated intent. He listened well, explained clearly, gave me time to process. He provided "the numbers" I needed to compare two loan amounts; 30, 20 and 15 year terms; interest rates with point variables. The numbers let me see for myself which loan best met my current needs. I feel confident that with Logan's help I got the best loan I could. attended so well to my requests, that -- if I didn't better -- I might think I was his only client!   From the first phone call to the last on this transaction, Logan has been on top of every thing before I even had a chance to have a question or concern. He made my clients and myself feel as if we were his main concern and he directed all of his attention at making sure every question, every single thing, was handled carefully and accurately.
