  I do not know where to start! I have Never dealt with a financial institution that treated it's customer so well. I will begin with the personalized care I have gotten with this credit union here in my town of Simi Valley. From the time I opened my business account, I have been treated with respect and patience. A week or so ago, I went into the branch. I had been in an accident and had a concussion. It was causing some neurological issues and a lot of pain.- I told the teller who was helping me because I needed her to repeat herself more than once due to my medical issues. I thanked her for her above and beyond patience with me. I mention this because today I received a very nice gift from Logix with a note from the teller saying they hope I am healing well from my accident,(Thank you Cheyenne). WHO DOES THAT !!! When was the last time you were treated even close to this from any bank? I know I haven't. Here are some Crazy concepts- When you call, a person answers the phone every time! You can make an appt. easily, quickly and within a reasonable amount of time. Account set ups are straight forward and not time consuming and yet they are thorough. Tellers and account managers are kind and patience. They have a host of sorts right when you walk in the door to direct you and answer questions. I waited in line for- No I am kidding- I did Not wait in a line. Rather the kind dude at the desk walked me over and introduced me the teller who was waiting for me. Am I in a dream? Nope just banking the way it should be.
