  This used to be a really good credit Union however, once they became bigger the quality of service tanked. Long long wait times if you must phone them and more impersonal service. Just like any other institution now.

When calls are made during business hours, they receive a live answer from a real person roughly 80% of the time.   Wish I could say the same about my experience like other reviews, but unfortunately it’s the absolute opposite. I was extremely excited to work with this bank in the beginning, but overall this is probably my worst experience I have had with any institution, Everyone there was extremely dishonest. I originally went there to open a money market account but unfortunately couldn't because of a $300 dispute from my high school years that I knew nothing about with a previous bank. Of course I went ahead and paid for it and got it taken care of because I wanted to open the account, and I was told that I would be able to after a year of perfect account handling with a savings account they went ahead and opened up for me, All lies, anyways I go ahead and transfer everything from my current savings account with another institution because of what I was told. Feeling good about everything I decide to go on in to the branch to open up a secured credit account in order to start establishing my credit, come to find out they can't even do that for me. Then I'm told that they can't work with me at all, that I won't be able to open any other accounts there, and I have already gone through all the trouble of transferring all of my money over. At this point I'm already pretty disappointed, But then I'm told I can't even stop the transfer from my other bank and that I need to wait to close the account. To put the icing on the cake they all seemed a little rude other then the last teller I worked with to take some money out that I had deposited in that day. I felt like everyone was degrading me. Lacey the loan officer was acting like she new me and it was almost like she didn't even believe I had funds to start my account, like I was some scrub that came in from the side of the road that picked up a couple $'s, I'm extremely upset with the un organization, dishonesty, and customer service of this institution. I will definitely be reaching out to corporate
