  I called in to see when will I receive my check. Coz I was expecting to use it to pay for my daughter's summer tuition that I needed in a few days. The person who helped me was very helpful and very nice. I think her name was Tony. She told me that she didn’t see any check ordered. So she place it for me and waved the expedited delivery that cost almost $50.00. Thank you so much!

  I was in Target and wanted to make a purchase of $166.00 and had a check on hold for the amount of $4,000.00 I had less than 9 hours until it was all released. I had called this logix bank to at least release enough for my purchase and they only aloud me to have $100.00 what? I mean, Really! Mind you I have had large amounts like this before without an issue. I have been a loyal customer over 7 years and this is the treatment I get!! Had I walked into the bank, they would have released much more. But I guess calling was a mistake. This has to be the most irritating, unprofessional, lousy customer service ever. I would question this bank for the reasons of helping a person in need through this covid-19 hardship. Not Good!

Your description sounds very frustrating and I’m sorry to hear that we did not meet your expectations by releasing the amount you needed for your transaction. As you mentioned, holds may occur on check deposits for a variety of reasons. Typically a portion of deposited checks are made available to members immediately, while the other portion may be held for a reasonable period of time in the event that a check returns for any reason. While there isn’t a guarantee that we will be able to accommodate a check hold release request, we take into consideration check hold timeframes and membership when reviewing a hold. We understand that there are always opportunities for us to make improvements in our process.
