  This is the worst title company I have ever had the displeasure of working with. Incompetence at best. Multiple delays on closing a simple transaction due to their internal delays. Avoid at all costs.

  I would give zero stars if that was an option I was making an inquiry regarding the purchase of a family members property and we are in need of a Title co service. I chose this company due the reviews and location. I was immediately made to feel as though I was in the process of tryin to committing fraud. I was told by Penny that this is a transaction that we frown up on, too too many red flags, the underwriters won't go for this. This individual doesn't know me from anyone else and it maybe their practice to be blunt, unprofessional and overly aggressive is deterring new business. Like I said she doesn't know me from anyone else and she just cost her Company some future business. with assumptions. This is small town and small minded Georgetown Texas, somethings just never change. Keeping my business in Northwest Austin. Ms. Jefferson
