Awesome customer service (the best). Today I visited the Cerritos branch to open up another account. Kelly was so patient, knowledgeable and patient, I could not be happier with her service. Definitely 10 out of 10 customer service. Kelly went above and beyond to show me how to access some of the features and even printed me a new ATM card on the spot. Also helped me set up my beneficiary. Very grateful for her patient friendly service and for helping me out so much today because I did have a lot of questions. I left having all my questions answered and a very happy customer. Thank you Kelly and LAFCU.
